The property is very well located and well maintained. The pool and access to the beach are excellent. The lady at the reception was very helpful (booking our restaurant), providing great recommendations and great English speaking. The staff at the beach bar was also nice. Clean and quiet. Just 12 minutes drive to Kos center. Free parking for the rental car.

Lovely , inviting pool and bar area. Loved the roof terrace. Loved having the space of two rooms. Loved stepping out to pool area. Often felt like our own private pool. Great value for money . Great hosts and staff. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming.

Everything, from pick up to drop off. The location was ideal for us, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was a very good size, very clean and had everything you needed for a self-catering stay, plus a great view of the sea. The snack bar and pool areas were a nice bonus. The pool was a good size and very clean with plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar had all you would need, food and drink wise. We would also like to thank Myron, the owner, for the transfers to and from the ferry port and some of the staff we met during our most enjoyable stay, Aytın, Christina, Sam and Ingrid. Thanks all for making us very welcome.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are excellent with great facilities for storing your clothes. A/C is great, and the suppliednusbwith 2 keys cards. Great central location for kos town.

From the moment we arrived until we departed we felt very welcome. Panagiotis and his great staff did the utmost to their guests. The apartments are new, spotlessly clean. Good beds, well equipped little kitchen with dining area, oven and stove. I worked two days inhouse, wifi was strong, good work desk and luxury air condition system. The cleaning ladies were fabulous, even when I sent them away as I was in a call, they managed to provide clean towels, remove trash etc etc. The rain and hand shower are perfect! Good size balcony facing the sea, Turkish and Kos mountains. The area is not touristic at all, more local vibe. But if you want to dive into the beach life of Kos town, that is only 5 minutes by bike. Also safe at the night to cycle back to Gelli. We loved the little supermarket, on 400m from Gelli. The swimming pool is really nice, loads of loungers! You can have all meals here, and they serve a good wine and chilled beer. We missed the BBQ night, with good food and music. Need I say more? A big shout out to Panagiotis, who understands his guests very well. We miss you and your staff already!

Everything was brilliant! The rooms were clean. Pool area was lovely and the location was spot on.

My Friend and I spent a really enjoyable 4 nights in this hotel. We both really enjoyed it, Mario and Angela and the other Staff were so welcoming and lovely, it felt almost like a home from home. The apartment was spacious and it was relaxing to sit on the balcony in he evening time. The breakfast was very tasty and served on a nice terrace by the pool. We also had lunch some times and some cocktails in evening. I would really recommend to stay here especially for the Personsble Service that they provide. A place to return to for sure.
