The entire place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was sparkling clean and had good ac, cooktop, nice size fridge, and a balcony. Nice staff. Parking is a little tight but doable. The nearby Coop is limited but the huge Coop is 15 minutes away. A great place to stay!

A quiet place with great surroundings full of green, the sound of birds and, maybe, even foxes somewhere :) Manuela greeted us warmly and was available for our needs. There are two cute dogs (corgi Willy was more around us) and two cute cats at the property. Bikes for free is a very big plus. The room itself is clean, with elementary things for cooking. Marina di Grosseto Carrefour is in 15 min ride by bike. A bus stop to Grosseto is in 15 min walk distance and takes around 25 min to take you to FS.

The front office staff were excellent; Bianca was super helpful and friendly - above and beyond, so was her counterpart (Catalina?) but I may have misplaced her name. The location is perfect for jumping right over to the beach and there’s so many shops within walking distance to grab food. They have underground parking that can be added on, which was helpful for me. Value was great, I want to come back.
