Noisy staff from early in the morning until about 10 am then peaceful for the rest of the day.Breakfast was dreadful . Manager and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is a long walk from anywhere… some motorbikes didn’t know where it is. Go to Mtwapa beach if you stay here…. It’s lovely

Location, lots of space, owner's concern for improving the quality of stay, hotel service, nice pool, good wifi, safety and security. Close to Nyali Center, to the beach and to Carrefour.and to Matatu transport. You can go to Mombasa island or to Likoni, Ukunda and Diani.

I did not stay at the property (Apartment 8D) because the host did not allow us in the property when we arrived at the property. We were a party of 6, arrived at the property and informed by the quite puzzled caretaker told us that the apartment was already occupied by guests and was confused about it. The host was not available on phone so we had to stand there waiting for him to reach someone who could advise him/us on what next. Hosts phone number did not work. Finally after over an hour spoke to the host who was very hostile and changed the story that there were plumbing issues and we could not get the apartment, this was now a new excuse with no advance warning. It would be understandable to have received earlier communication so unfortunately I did not believe this excuse. Had to find a solution and thankfully we managed, after the kind support of the caretaker, to get another apartment, with a different host which even though was not ready for guests was within the complex. Was only able to settle after 3hrs of arrival in in the coastal heat with luggage and tired kids with no place to sit but the carport of the property. I chose this accommodation based on the good reviews however after my experience, I would not recommend this accommodation for the way the host handled the situation at the last minute and insisting I pay her for the alternative accommodation and not the new host which I found quite dodgy.
