First of all, staf is very kind, they are new but very profesional at this job. Property was very clean and spasious, we were with baby and she was injoing it. Private parking garage , car is safe from hot sun. It is around 150-200m far away from the beach, markets are close, very nice position. We will definitly come again at this place.

They have a restaurant and they helped too much. He is going to tourism office for your register about tourism tax. Location was perfect. You cannot anyplace with that price in Budva. I highly recommend

I usually stay at Splendid for business trips, but this time I discovered this place while looking for alternatives in the area. It’s a very elegant and comfortable residence with a great location and a well-maintained building. I stayed right next to the pool, and the terrace area was incredibly relaxing. The place is just a short walk from a large supermarket and a small convenience store. It’s surrounded by nature, with birdsong in the background, a peaceful escape from the noise and chaos of Budva. The cleanliness was exceptional. Even though I arrived around midnight, the host, Hakan, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He did everything he could to make my stay comfortable and helped with anything I needed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would confidently recommend it to anyone. Thank you for everything!
