Well managed hotel with all facilities you need to stay in a old town! I liked fast wifi, cozy swiming pool area, coworking place and green plants all over the hotel! The team is very focused on clients, high speed of response. Hotel provide me with free taxi from airport and free bicycles for couple hours. Very nice!

We could not fault La Isabela Suites. A fabulously renovated villa in the heart of old town, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are excellent and very attentive. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

The apartments we rented were very nicely appointed and gave off a modern and well taken care of vibe. While at the "edge" of the touristy Caso Viejo area, it was very easy and close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Excellent location - central in Casco Antiguo but quiet at night which we really appreciated. Easy instructions to access the building and the room key. Nice big room and comfortable King-sized bed. They stored our bags for us after check-out and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

    A really lovely place to stay with fantastic staff, especially Dashida. All the comforts and facilities of a hotel, with the self catering you would get in a hostel. There was a great atmosphere around the place and we got to met some lovely people too.

    Location is incredible. Right in the center of Casco Viejo with great restaurants and rooftop bars. The ApartHotel property has its own rooftop terrace serviced by the ground level Cafe Baloo. Also a friendly resident cat! Liked having a communal kitchen with fridge to store leftovers and drinks.

    The Aparthotel was in a great central location and had everything needed for an extended stay. Kitchenette, washer and dryer on site, continental breakfast, driver available. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Pets are welcome! I would stay here again!

    No meals were provided and we were not expecting any. This is an aparthotel so is self-catering. The apartment had everything we needed although an electric kettle and some tea bags and coffee sachets would have been appreciated. The staff are the best asset of this hotel - Anna, Edith and Jose were all very kind and helpful. They made our stay.
