Beautiful house right next to a quiet beach. Very spacious, good interior and exterior quality. Beautiful garden and friendly staff. The beach is really quiet and a perfect spot to calm down from the busy vibe on the main beach. No one is bothering you there and you can really reset and calm down. Tuktuks are easily available and take you to the busy part of the island within a few minutes.

The apartment is really great for couples, It has everything you need for cooking and living. The view is just beautiful to see every day! 10 minutes walk to the private beach new coast or easy ride to the center with Hop on Hop off that comes every 15 minutes. I am not there,but my family was.. they stay there for three nights and I never heard a negative thing about the hotel. Only good things. My mom says they are comfortable, the staff was nice to them, Even me i can tell that they’re nice even i talked to them only in the chat. The things they need for cooking are complete, good wifi and they feel safe. So I am so happy for that. So, hopefully see you next year Avana Hills Hotel. Thanks

    I loved the accommodation - quieter than the busy noise on the sea front. We were able to walk easily around to both sides of the island. Basic facilities for self catering were available and well maintained. Any troubles (sticky door key/lock) were addressed immediately.

    Beautiful aparthotel near the beach. Worth to try getting food in your room - comes fast and fresh and is included in the meal price (price which is similar with the ones in most restaurants). Pool bar also have good prices and pool is nice to swim in, almost always empty when we were there.

    This hotel and the service we get is really a value for money. I would love to recommend this place to my friends and love ones. Hotel service is above par, polite staff and even the facilities are really outstanding. If i can comment something not so great maybe on their breakfast. It is not bad but it’s not that great. (Although I loved the hot choco they served, must try). I think this is an area they can improve more. But overall, it is a wonderful experience for us.

    Good location away from busy tourist areas. Diniwid beach 5 minute walk. All white beach stations easily walkable from beach path (20 minute walk) or via local etrike(20 peso 0.3GBP shared ride or 150 peso for private ride). Apartment clean & well equipped for self catering. Good views of sea from balcony. Shared roof top terrace is great for chilling & watching sunset. Ivana the owner very helpful and always available to sort any issues or offer local information. Would highly recommend.

    Nice garden for having meals, breakfast by the pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes tricycle to D Mall and station 2. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly especially Ronald the chef. The room was huge, could facilitate 4 adults easily. Was kind of self catering/boutique feel. They even provided mosquito deterrent machines in the bedroom.
