What stand out the most is our Host Mr. Manual always replies almost immediately about checking in and other inquiries. The accommodation is very great, it includes all the appliances even a hair dryer! Very spacious and clean, service is A+ and price cant be beat! We ended staying another 2 nights and cancel from our other booking. 🙂 he also reserve our ride going back to the airport.

The property is centrally located and was super amazing for what I paid for. The host was excellent in communicating, prepared the apartment excellently for my arrival and respected my privacy, which is huge to me. Everything was clean and organized. As a few people mentioned,the building where the apartment is located is not modern, but it was very clean, secured and well kept. I also enjoyed the nice cool natural breeze that flows through the apartment especially in the afternoon and evenings.It was like my home away from home. I love it. I will definitely visit Manaus again and would like to stay here.

I do not recommend staying at this place. Both the owners and the hotel front desk staff were unhelpful and very bad at communicating. We tried to organise early check in multiple times due to bad overnight flight times but the owner refused to respond to messages and answer phone calls.

I was thoroughly impressed by our stay in APART HOTEL SENSE II – We stayed in the above detailed property for 6 nights. The room is within the hotel but is owned by a private Landlord (strange but a common phenomenon known as “aparthotel”). The room itself is spacious, clean, tidy with large windows which let in lots of light (my favourite part). The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower and large mirror. I found the bed quite comfortable. The room itself is 10/10. The location is also quite good as it is not too far away from the main tourist centre and the Theatre. There are plenty of amenities within the hotel such as the rooftop Pool (it is beautiful), Sauna (you need to pre-request to use this), small Gym, Bar and Restaurant. The view from both the room and the pool was spectacular. There is breakfast available in the hotel for R$60.00 per person, with a large variety of different foods from cold meats to fresh breads and cakes, to juice, coffee, yogurts and fresh fruits. Dinner was also lovely, and the staff were, by far, the nicest people. Carlos at reception went above and beyond for us. He not only provided excellent customer service but also had the patience to list different/unique tourist attractions, answer all of our questions/queries and recommend trustworthy taxis/drivers. He deserves a raise. There is also a small convenient store/shop within the Hotel that is open until late and has all your basic needs such as water, sunscreen, snacks and much more.

Amazing location with the views of Amazon river, an incredible sunset to boot! We spotted so many birds here and loved spending time by the pool.
