Location 15/10, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cleaning, everything. The host Sara was extremely nice and lovely. She helped with all our requests and questions within 30 minutes time.

I liked it all: - Host was very nice though we didn't speak the same language. She was very available and helpful - The apartment complex is 5 mins walking from the main streets of Santa Maria, and 10 mins aways from the beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with restaurant options next to it and mini markets ; - The pictures are true to the reality of the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and all amenities in the kitchen for those who wants to cook; - Pool access is also great but given the proximity of the beach I didn't try the pool.
