From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even upgraded our rooms, which was such a generous gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely—friendly, attentive, and always greeting us with a smile. You can tell that customer service is a real priority here, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Mr. Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend staying here!

It was spacious apartment with comfortable beds, best part was meticulous attention from Abdo and Nura. They made sure we were comfortable in every possible way. The location is very good, close to restaurants, shopping and walking to Egyptian Museum.

They were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with things unrelated to our stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a huge impression. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, but it’s the staff that truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
