It is literally right across the street! And it’s also attached to a mall which made it so convenient for us to look for food when we don’t want to go somewhere far. There are also bus stops around which made it easy to commute but the best part is… it’s in the middle of all tourist spots!!!

Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, Grassmarket is located at the foot of Edinburgh Castle, within easy reach of the famous Royal Mile and many of the main attractions of the city. The location was near a lot of great spots.

Located 3 minutes' walk from Princes Street, The Edinburgh Grand features apartment accommodation with an on-site restaurant, bar and coffee house. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. The staff is amazing, especially Raheem he was incredibly helpful. The architecture of this property is quite amazing as it was a bank in the past, you can tell there was so much history in there. The room we stayed in was excellent with a very convenient location.

Set in Edinburgh, Haymarket Apartments offers free WiFi and city views, a 4-minute walk from EICC. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The location was great, a quiet neighbourhood but with decent traffic to feel safe and just a 5min walk to Princes street where there are some shopping, groceries and restaurants. The room was big and cozy and clean, with microwave and some cooking utensils.

Boasting a central location in Edinburgh, a 2-minute walk from Waverley railway station and a 5-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, The Old Town Chambers apartment development offers modern, luxury... The staff are very friendly and always say hello when you are leaving the hotel or arriving. The room is a perfect size and has everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent. I travel to Edinburgh for 1 weekend per year and will certainly book here again next year.

Just 5 minutes' walk from the Grassmarket’s bars and restaurants, The Knight Residence apartments are located 0.5 miles from Edinburgh Castle. Great location! Very clean Great staff!

The property was gorgeous, location was perfect! Walk outside the door and you have the view of the castle. WOW! Had some trouble getting into the luggage room, I rang the owner and he sorted it straight away. If I come back to Edinburgh, I don’t want to stay anywhere else this was perfect! I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Court Residence Aparthotel offers suites in Linlithgow's historic town centre. The property is only a 15-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport. We felt so lucky for choosing the Court Residence. I had never heard of Linlithgow until I was looking for someplace close to Edinburgh (but not too close), and then we found the Court Residence, and it ticked all the boxes for us (kitchen facilities, parking, great reviews, in our price range). If you are considering it for the same reasons...you will not go wrong if you book it. Bedding is super comfortable. It is within walking distance of a supermarket, very safe area and a great fish and chips place nearby. The town of Linlithgow is adorable but also the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots! And if you are an Outlander fan, we found out that much of the first season was filmed there. The host Jim was very nice and welcoming. I hope we can stay again!
