Facing the seafront, Scenic Sea View Aparthotel in Orbi City Batumi is an aparthotel providing a 5-star accommodation in Batumi. It features a casino, garden and parking on-site. My reservation was changed from two apartments (each apartment has two bedrooms and a hall) to four studio rooms without my consent. I was informed of the matter two hours before arriving at the hotel. I was informed of the change over the phone and not officially through the booking.com website. When I refused this change, they told me to either take this option or cancel the reservation and leave. Note that the two apartments were on the same floor and overlooked the sea, and the studio rooms have a side view of the sea, and each two rooms are on two different floors.

When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, cool, and welcoming — with fresh water in the fridge and even a little welcome treat waiting for us. One night, we needed some help finding a late-night pharmacy, and the host didn’t just send us directions — they actually called ahead and made sure it was open. That kind of care is rare. Yes, the sea view was beautiful, but the people behind this place made the experience unforgettable. We’re already planning our next visit.

Dirty room, smell was disgusting. Room 2314. Don’t go there please. Dirty bedroom, bathroom was disgusting and smelly, check in was 13:00 and it was 16:00 when They gave me a key. I was waiting for 3 hours. Don’t go there.

The location of the place , there is a supermarket right under the building, also it takes like 15 minutes to get to the beach . The staff were nice and helpful. Everything was great !

Everything was new and worked as it should. Had little problem with the door lock but it was promptly fixed by the owner. Not a little issue. Everything great.

What I liked: The location seems really sketchy when you first arrive but is actually not so bad with the beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. The room is as in the pictures and the bed is comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. If you think of it more as a cheap hostel private room booking then its not bad at all. The price is very good for what the room is, its the building thats the problem. If youre expecting a luxury relaxing getaway then book somewhere else. You can see the room before paying. The room was clean and the towels and sheets smelled nice. AC was working and we were provided extra blankets too. There was a drying rack on the balcony which was nice but no chairs or anything on the balcony.

Stayed here with family and had a wonderful time. The location is great for kids as it is right next to the beach. The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen had everything you need.
