The shower is great: hot water starts immediately in contrast to Tbilisi 😄 the house in general is cozy and clean. the host is immensely hospitable.

We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. We are especially grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay with our dog. The host is very kind and responsive, always available to help! Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

I booked a studio apartment, lovely and cozy, have everything you require, kitchenette, with all required utensils, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dining table, couch, tv, decent WiFi connection, and a beautiful balcony, with an amazing view of the mountain, The host Tamara was very cooperative asking me how I am doing over Whatsapp or if I need anything, and also send me links of nearby eateries. My stay was good, and I would definitely recommend this place to all, it is a safe place for any solo traveller or family.

They're always ready to help you. I had an emergency case and they helped me to call the ambulance, to translate everything and overall they were extremely helpful ❤️🙌🏻. 5) There'a a good cafe in the building. It's a very nice touch especially in the evening when you're exchausted after skiing or snowboarding (you don't need to go somewhere and look for a place to eat, everything is right there👌🏻).

The room was spacious and as shown in the pictures. It included all necessities needed for a ski trip. The room and furniture were super clean and almost everything in a new condition. Just under the resort there is a shop for ski rental and the lift is a five minute walk. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful apartment! I just want to thank the owner for accommodating and helping us. <3 The apartment is tidy, warm, and kitchen is well equipped (utensils, stove, kettle, microwave). Plus its near to restaurants, cafe, SPAR supermarket, and a 2-3 minutes away from the ski area. We can't wait to be back here next season! :)

Really close to ski lift and restaurants. Cosy and clean flat. The landlord is really helpful he brought us an international plug late in the evening.

A recently renovated aparthotel, Four Seasons - New Gudauri offers accommodation in Gudauri. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the aparthotel free of charge. Location was great, just 5 min from the gondola. Really nice view.
