We stayed at their 2BR penthouse. It was huge with good outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable. A small kitchen was there with basic amenities. The coffee vending machine was a bonus. It's one of the places with a covered secure car park.... essential as the other option is paid street parking. There is a 24 hr front desk with pleasant staff.The location is one street off the main commercial Street....easy to walk to various eateries.

He is a great host who helped me with free car transportation And with my charger and very warm welcome person The apartment was clean ..neat With a magic view, it overlooks the old city Plates and cups with forks and everything were there The best part was the hot water there without need to switch anything. I just got the hot water immediately, which is important for me, and the smell of the shampoo was romantic hahaha I like these details Also, the wooden decoration was a big tip. I loved it Behind u, there is a supermarket and easy to reach I do recommend it if u r a solo traveler and looking for peace of mind

This is the best apartment in all Tbilisi We enjoyed our stay very much. We took 2 rooms in the apartment and they were perfect. It's so perfectly clean and new apartment.Very beautifully designed. It's located in a very good place. Close to all attractions and restaurants and historic sites. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's is equipped with all you need - beautiful bathroom; very nice kitchen;closets ; laundry room and dishwasher. You really feel there like at home. The beds and cushions are very cosy . The host Eteri and her helper Marina are the best.They cared to provide us anything we needed. They cleaned the house every day and changed towels . Like in 5 Star hotels. The walls and the windows are very thick so you feel privacy and no noise from outside. It's a very beautiful place and it's not expensive. Very highly recommend for your stay in Tbilisi Thanks to dear wonderful Eteri for making our stay so perfect. We are waiting to come again soon 😄
