The people/staff were very friendly and helpful! Really nice people to deal with! The rooms were clean, neat and tidy! Overall a very nice place to stay! It is close to the town centre and all the party places, but just far enough to be away from the noise! I can highly recommend this listing! The views are generally AMAZING but in the evening, they are breathtaking!

Located in a distance of 500 metres from Mylopotas beach, the family-run Villa Anna Maria provides quiet and peaceful self-catering accommodation in Ios. The property is gorgeous! Such a stunning view and pool, and the room is really spacious with everything you need. Everything is very clean also. Maria could not have been more helpful during our stay and even let us use some of her beach towels as we had forgotten ours. We also enjoyed our transfer to and from the port with Maria’s father who was very entertaining. An incredible family run business and we hope to be back !

Rooms are extremely clean you can see they put a lot of effort into it. Breakfasts are delicious and big. The hosts are friendly, always present and ready to help but not obtrusive. We felt like home Location: near ferry port (12 mins walk) and you can also take a bus to the Chora village just from the Villa Rules: we liked that there were no loud people or parties in Villa; anyway there is a lot of clubs in Chora to go to
