The location was perfect. It was clean, and the host was nice. Very comfortable bed. The host informed us about the best spots of the island and was very friendly. The room was less than 10 mins drive from the city and 35 mins from the most distant beach. Markets and cafeterias are 1 min walk.

The property is in a perfect location. It is on the road to the beach and residents can use the pool in Tom and John’s which is great. The couple that run the studios are the most friendly and helpful people. They made our holiday stress free and totally enjoyable.

Objekat Avyssos Residents je smešten u gradu Kalamaki, na 12 min. hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Kalamaki i 5,1 km od znamenitosti Crkva Agios Dionysios, a u ponudi ima smeštaj sa besplatnim WiFi... Everything. Great location, close to beach and to local shops and restaurants. The hospitality of the hosts: it is owned by a really, really nice family, extremely hardworking and kind. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need (you even have pepper, salt, sugar, coffee). There are small details that make the difference, like the bottles of cold water upon arrival. The air-conditioning is working perfect and with no extra pay.

Sanpiero was just the perfect hotel to stay at for our vacation. The breakfast was at the Sanpiero Restaurant, just a minute walk away from the hotel and sufficient. The only thing we would wish for is a bigger variety of bread but the rest was really delicious. Last but not least the staff is the cutest and warmest you could wish for. Mary was especially helpful with planning our vacation and booked various trips for us. She organized everything to the best and was easy to reach out to per WhatsApp. We could not have wished for any better host. Also the people at the Sanpiero restaurant were outright friendly and made our day from the breakfast on better.

Very good location with many bars and restaurants, supermarket, leisure activities close. The beach is right in front of the building. They were also very helpful and easily eachable. Great!

The location is amazing!! Close to the beach. Appartment is very clean... Good places to eat nearby... The travel agents are also very close... Niko was very very helpful... Our flight was in the evening and since he did not have guests... He gave us the room until 7 30 pm... He is a total sweetheart... He also arranged a lot of other things that made our trip comfortable.. Right from arranging drop off to any recommendations. Would come again

The room is very spacious and quiet. Loved the balcony with a garden view. The cleaning lady was coming daily. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Location perfect, 3 minutes from beach and beach bars. The apartment very nice, practical, looks like a hidden gem. The best of all is the service of the owner, Katia: she is a real host, always smiling, making everything to feel comfortable. She even joined us to the car rental (to be sure we receive good service, even tried to negotiate price for us 🙂), made sure we called the right taxi, when she saw we are sitting outside gave us her mosquito spray, came every day and washed our dishes, and so on....made our stay 1000%!
