Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. I love the very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The inside of the hotel is lovely decorated. The room was very spacious with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool area is very quiet and relaxing. A hotel that makes you feel at home.

Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

Clean, spacious apartment, quiet at night and conveniently soundproofed during the busy working hours, comfortable bed and shower, amazing staff with particular mention to Rendi and Zhafira, who helped me in a very delicate situation.

We had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We found it quiet because it’s away from the street. The pool area was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and we recommend it to other people.
