It’s located in a quiet place yet near to supermarkets, convenience stores, eateries and a 10 min walk to train station. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Shresta jn the front desk today. He was helpful with our concerns, especially recommendations to dine. He helped us with our and airport transport reservation beyond his duty hours tonight. We would recommend this place to families and friends. We look forward to return to this property in the near future. Keep up the good work. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was our home away from home the last 7 days.

We love everything, we love all the amenities provided including the washing machine, hair dryer and hair iron. We also love the floor mat , which dries your feet easily.

We booked Section L for a stay with our 9yo daughter. We stayed in a much more expensive apartment in Ginza after Section L and would not hesitate to recommend and stay at Section L again. It’s excellent value for money. The rooms are very well thought out (everything is brand new, the bedding is too notch…) and there is a great attention to detail (all the appliances come with a QR code with translation, city guides sent by email prior to our arrival with great recommendations, the apartment is truly equipped not just with appliances but with the detergent, sponges, wipes…). The location is very convenient yet very quiet. It’s great for both logistics and visiting the city (close to Ueno station where the skyliner from Narito airport arrives, Nature and Science Museum, Zoo, Yanaka area is walking distance too.) The staff is super friendly and speaks native English

My daughters and I loved everything about our stay at the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to markets and local stores. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .

The property is in a great location for two reasons: first it is very close to the metro station, second the area is extremely quite and peaceful. The property has everything you need in terms or daily needs such as a good wi-fi connection, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. We are happy to have chosen this place.
