The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

Kids friendly.. got nice pool with slide, indoor playground.. can cook and etc. Except for the free parking its quite hard to get.. but still, definitely will come back again..might as well booked for private parking next time. Very friendly host. Easy check in process and the security staff there also very friendly. The facility was clean and overall we had a great stay. Definitely will repeat staying here next time

The landlord will solve any questions for you as soon as possible. The room has an artistic atmosphere and is very comfortable to live in. I will also choose this place next time.
