It’s new and very clean, and really cozy. It has conduction stove, heater, utensils, microwave but no rice cooker, but you can cook it using a pan anyway. Toilet doesn’t smell, clean, with hot shower but was not ready for use. We were able to use it after we figured out how to turn it on. No toiletries.
