Since I couldn't reach the owner, I called customer service. Customer service reached the owner. The owner told me to cancel my stay and that he would refund the fee. I sent a request to cancel the stay. He didn't approve and since I didn't stay, my fee wasn't refunded!!! I was scammed and I will start legal processes against both @booking.com and this apartment owner.
