Everything was very good, the property was provided with everything needed to have a vacation in comfort! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Nearby there is the tastiest pizza "La Lucerna", and next door "Pausa Caffe" we had good coffee and tasty croissants, but also a coop market where you can find everything you need! We preferred the clean beach "Maria Pia" and we took a sun lounger at "Lido Hermeu", the beach was reachable in 20 min by bus "Alfa" (from the station "Via Catalogna") or 40 min on foot. Other beaches in Alghero did not impress us! Very friendly hosts, they were willing to meet us personally to give us useful information and at our request they brought a coffee machine. And we really appreciated it! 100% value for money!

We loved being in the heart of the old town and the A/C. It was fun to watch the world go by from the little balcony and in the evening if the street noise was too loud we could close the windows and be comfortable. Antonio was very helpful (and even helped carry our bags up the stairs (we were in the top floor apartment overlooking the church.)

Exceeded our expectations on all levels. The location, the size of the apartment with its amenities, free parking outside the door, close to supermarkets, etc. Big thank you to Fiorella, who was very fast in responding to our questions, gave us some great local treats and was super accommodating for our 3 month old. If you are looking for an apartment in Alghero, look no further and book this guys, you won't be disappointed!! We'll book again here if we come back.

    I am travelling from Alghero and would like to write a review about the apartment and its owner Giorgio. We holidayed there for a week, we arrived late in the evening, Giorgio met us and drew everything in detail on the map. Where it is better to swim, what market and restaurants are good. We were very happy with all the recommendations. We don't speak Italian or English, but we were very happy with all the recommendations.The flat was very clean and spacious, large balcony. All utensils were available, everything was very clean and tidy.

    The apartments were in an ideal location for us as they were across the road from the beach and very close to a well stocked supermarket. There was a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building and a very nice bar and restaurant alongside. We had a car/scooter/bicycle rental office just around the corner on the way to the supermarket and it was a pleasant 12 minute walk up to the old town along the promenade.

    The flat is very well located, 5 min walk to the beach. The photos are very relevant, the flat is very well equipped, quite spacious & convenient, perfect to enjoy the beach & the city. City center is 10- 15 min walk on the promenade, simply lovely. The host was very nice to have us checked in at 10 am, provided all the relevant info for the city in advance and was very prompt to solve special requests. Grazie mille, Nicola!     good location near the beach and in a peaceful area which is also quite nice and just across the beach. the building is a new block of flats so everything was looking good Dedicated parking spot, major plus all in all, a very well equipped apartment, with 2 bathrooms which also i see as a plus provided free beach umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs which is really a great gesture and useful as well.

    A lovely studio apartment, well located just inside the old town. It was clean and very comfortable, and quiet at night. The washing machine and clothesline were greatly appreciated. Our communications were quickly answered and the staff were very helpful.

    Spacious, well equipped and modern apartment in a complex between olive yards. Quiet area. Easy parking (and garage if required). Elevator. Big kitchen part. Several flatscreens. Two balconies overlooking olive yards. Supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly and fast responding hosts.
