Great Location and convenient as the town centre and the beach are just a short walk away. In the town centre you have the usual burger king, popeye's etc.The apartment was clean The bed was comfortable, and TV,fridge, microwave, and kettle all worked. There is a safe to keep your valuables.Big respect to Lina, who makes sure everything runs smoothly. She and Gerome were up at the crack of dawn to organise my taxi so that I could get to the Knutsford Express on time.I will definitely be back.

    All staff members from owner, to reception staff, grounds staff and security guards were very helpful and extremely friendly, lovely people. The room was nice and big. I loved the little studio flat.

    I like that there is a lot of space on the grounds to have some quiet time if you preferred or if you wanted to interact with other guests, that was an option too. It was a short walk to a restaurant for breakfast or coffee, but the option was there to cook your own meals and prepare your own coffee. There is an on-site canteen where you could make purchases at a very good rate, for example, beer there’s coffee, snacks, simple foods. This place also had good recommendations for food and bike rental etc.

    Absolutely nothing as I didn't get the opportunity to use the apartment, although I booked it online via booking.com. On arrival to the apartment nobody was there to greet me, it then took 30 minutes for someone to come to the apartment only to tell me that they did not recieve a notification from booking.com regarding my stay. Needless to say, after the nonchalant, abrupt and rude response I received from the representative I booked elsewhere. Also its worth noting that the apartment is in the less desirable area of Negril.

    These condos are perfect for those who want an affordable holiday on the negril beach. The condos are right on the beach so you have your own private access to the beach, avoiding the crowd. The restaurant is excellent. The apartments are not modern, but they are clean and it is a perfect tradeoff for having the beach outside your door
