The view really makes The Balcony the balcony. The dwelling was cleaned very well with dishes, cups and silverware. An outside lower deck was available too. Local cuisine was offered here as well! Took pictures but website isn't accepting my file types.

the resort is located in a beautiful area, far from the beach in a mountainous area, which makes it much cooler than downstairs. Wonderful view from the window. The service is visible but not intrusive. The house we were in was spacious, consisted of one large room, wardrobe, bathroom and kitchen. No internet or TV. Mold on the walls. The pool was not very clean. In addition, the bed on one side was very sunken, which significantly worsened the comfort of sleeping. However, despite so many inconveniences, the stay was successful. Being in the Philippines, you cannot expect the same conditions as in Europe.
