I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the house had a fantastic, welcoming scent that made it feel like home right away. The decoration was stunning, featuring traditional Djerban elements that truly captured the spirit of the island charming and full of character. The house was incredibly cool and comfortable, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Even though free Wi-Fi wasn't listed on the website, I was thrilled to find out that it was available, making my stay even more convenient. Yassine and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable. They not only welcomed us with warmth but also treated us to a delicious free meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. They went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to visit, helping us make the most of our time in Djerba. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I would absolutely return.

Friendly owner, good communication, like family. The private terrace that allows privacy and tranquility. Well secured, private gate + door that can both be locked. A simple yet well balanced place for a quiet vacation. The location is in near proximity from Houmt Souketh, very manageable by foot or by taxi.

Great central location only a short walk from the souk. Big, very clean property with a double bed in one room and two single beds in another. Best to call the host rather than WhatsApp however you can try messaging in advance too. Host speaks French and English.

What a delightful, spacious, family home situated in an excellent, easy to find, location to explore all of Djerba easily. Just steps away from the boutique shops (Souk) and outer local streets with ancient monuments scattered among local restaurants and shops. Conveniently located across the street was the taxi stand to take you where you want to explore outside of the town. The home itself was clean and bright, standard rooms with windows allowing the fresh sea air to ventilate. A huge well equipped kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. The only downside for us was the lack of condiments like cooking oil, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee and water so you need to buy that in town. There was a friendly seller just next door for eggs and bread plus other groceries. It was such a restful stay we really didn't want to leave. Shukran Moma ❤️

    The host is incredible. He thinks of everything and is very friendly. Contact through whatsapp was easy and he had answers to all our questions and requests. The apartment is gorgeous and much nicer than it seems on the pictures, the garden is incredible and it is close to a big road connecting the two cities on Djerba. Evrythign about the place is amazing, there are even scented candles making a nice smell in the bedroom. There are plenty of details like that.

    Sadly i had to go through two different apartments owned by the same person who owns this apartment with zero options (first one with no air conditioning) the other one was next to this apartment also no air condition, but this specific apartment was decent and has an air condition lol, idk who’s responsible of me staying for two nights away from this apartment but as soon as i got there i felt human again:)

    We were looking for an apartment in Houm Soukt, and the house looked like the pics. Would have been fine but the young man who was supposed to manage it, Ashraf, did nothing to prepare for our arrival. He had obviously not set foot in the house before that evening because it had a musty smell when he opened the door.

    The apartment is exactly as described in Booking.com, nice, clean & many windows in all directions so natural lighting and nice breezing available. We've got a warm welcome and classy hospitality from owners (Madam Hedya & Mr. Atef). Loation is excellent.

    Great place to stay. Dar Foula is situated at a walking distance of approximately 25 min from the Houmt Souk centre. It is not centrally located, but with a car, it is easy to reach. It is a small hotel, with 4 studios, in the form of a traditional house: rooms-studios around a patio with a pool. One studio at the first floor with its terrace. Studios are equipped with their bathroom, a sofa and the bed. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. Nice decoration and quiet neighborhood.
