Clean, new, comfortable, great, gorgeous.. more and more, we spent a beautiful time during X-mass in the same way as we would stay at home.. maybe better:) And on top of it, we got from the property a beautiful surprise and that was a little X-mass tree with lightnings;) Thank you!

Our stay at Martina’s apartment was absolutely wonderful. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for relaxing as a family. The view was lovely, and everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Martina was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.

Landhaus Appartement Kofler Ferienwohnungen,Zimmer is set in Maurach, a 3 minutes' walk from Achen Lake and the valley station of the Rofan Cable Car. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. The apartment was very big and had everything needed for a long stay. It was warm and cozy like home away from home. Location was perfect for ski in zillertal area with own car. Also the host was super nice.

Appartements Achenssee enjoy a quiet location surrounded by meadows, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Maurach and a 10-minute walk from the Achensee Lake. The view from the room The location Convenient parking place Easy check in and checkout Fast response from the owner We had a last minute decision to go to Maurach. Came with no expectation whatsoever. We got super lucky with the weather that the snow fall really thick and we got a room with a direct access to the snow field. As someone who came from a tropical country, this is truly an experience that we will never forget. The room is super spacious with smart TV in both living room and also the master bedroom. We couldnt ask for more from this apartment, as it is also walking distance to the city center where you can buy something from the supermarket. Overall, highly highly recommended.

Situated a 4-minute walk from the ski lifts at Pertisau, Marxenhof offers comfortable and bright rooms in a typical Tyrolean house. It offers different types of sauna and mountain views. Friendly personnel. They have a safe spot for bikes. Big rooms. Very clean. Very nice balcony. Fair and good breakfast.

Only 150 metres away from the Rofan Cable Car and a ski school, Appartements Rofan features a spa area. Free WiFi as well as free parking are available on site. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. It's a great place for winter sports, and we especially appreciated the ski room with the option to dry our ski boots. Having one more pot in the kitchen might make cooking easier, but it's not a problem we can't work around.

Meerberg is located in the centre of the Tyrolean town of Pertisau, 550 metres from Lake Achen. It provides free Wi-Fi, a garden and balconies in all rooms. Meerberg serves a rich breakfast buffet. Our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The host (Manni) made us feel so welcome from before we even arrived, with prompt replies to messages we sent. He quickly showed us the equipment we could either hire (at a very reasonable cost) such as e-mountain bikes, or borrow for free (e-scooters and paddle boards). We wanted to try lots of things so this was perfect for us! The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with stunning views! There was a coffee machine and breakfast items which could be purchased at a reasonable cost, and a communal lounge area where other drinks etc could be purchased and games could be enjoyed. It was my birthday while we stayed and Manni gave me an Austrian prosecco and wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We were really sad to leave here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
