Clean rooms, nice hot shower, beautiful garden. Big Georgian breakfast. Host speak a little English but with translator we managed.

With no exaggeration the apartment was Amazing , clean , smells good , and amazing view , there was a washing machine and dishes , oven , everything you need in your stay is available, the location is so good there was cool and warm water in toilet , the host was literally respectful and thought super kind , i would like to thank him for checking on us when we needed him that was super thoughtful Cleanliness 10/10 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED 🙏🏻

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I could reach them anytime. Apartment was spacious, clean. I had spectacular views from my balcony- great way to start the day with a cup of coffee there! Highly recommended!

Hotel Hobbiton near Vardzia Caves offre la vista sulla montagna a T'mogvi e dispone di ristorante, servizio in camera, bar, giardino e terrazza. After 3 weeks of travelling around Georgia, this was one of our favourite stays. Communication with our host (Beka) was excellent, and the hospitality wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and he did everything he could to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, light, and unique. We had dinner one night in the hosts cellar/dining area, and it was really nice. Good food and wine. We really enjoyed a few days in this area. We spent 3 hrs exploring the Vardzia caves (going early at opening time means you can beat the tour buses) and also visited the Zeda convent. I'm very glad we visited this area of Georgia, and I'm particularly glad we met Beka and stayed at his wonderful Hobbiton.

A Borjomi, Borjomi Apartments Apart Hotel propone alloggi con aria condizionata e accesso a un giardino. The room is very nice and newly refinished and furnished in an old building. It is very clean and quiet. The shower is excellent with very good pressure and hot water. The small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave is nice to have. The bed is very comfortable and there are electrical outlets beside the bed. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The location is great with many restaurants a couple of blocks away and a short walk to the central park. It's a guesthouse rather than hotel, meaning there is no reception etc, if that matters to anyone. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by WhatsApp.
