Everything was great. If you stay here you will absolutely need a rental car to get around. It's about 15-20 minutes from the Vaitape main center. (We initially tried EBikes but it was not safe riding on a very narrow road and it was too far.) Great communication with Melanie. Half of the electric went out and I messaged her immediately and the owner was here right away to fix it.

The accommodations were clean, secure and modern. They were the perfect thing to come back to after a long day exploring. Patrick was exceptionally accommodating and a terrific help to us as first time Bora Bora travelers.

Keamana Lodge was great...very modern and clean. Chantal was very helpful both before and during my visit. Her parents who manage the lodge were lovely.....very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great with a powerful shower...no problems getting hot water. There is a 2 burner gas hob, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is also a washing machine you can use. The WiFi was very good/reliable and the TV had multiple apps e.g. Netflix. There is a local shop a few minutes walk away (they accept credit cards) where you can get a warm baguette for breakfast. There were quite a lot of mosquito's (but you're in the tropics) but as long as you keep the doors and windows shut you should have no problem.....I did not get bitten once while I was there. I recommend Keamana Lodge 100%, it is excellent value for money on a very expensive island. N.B - you will need some form of transport (bike, moped or car) to get around Bora Bora. I used Avis while I was there to hire a bike and they picked me up and also dropped me back at Keamana Lodge (if you book a bike in advance its slightly cheaper)

From the moment we arrived, Francesca and Patrick made us feel so welcome – they are truly the kindest and loveliest people you’ll ever meet. Their warmth and hospitality made our trip even more special. Our accommodation was perfect – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with thoughtful little touches throughout. We especially loved the private outdoor area at the back, and well as the deck out the front where we ate in the evening.The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We also a fantastic time renting bikes from them and exploring Vaitape and Matira Beach – such a fun way to see the island! One of the highlights of our trip was a boat tour recommended by Francesca, which included diving in the lagoon, visiting a motu (private island), enjoying traditional food, and even making our own pareos (sarongs). It was truly unforgettable. Take our advice – if Francesca recommends something, go for it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Bora Bora. The internet was exceptionally fast and reliable, which made it perfect for working remotely—even from paradise! The garden was a true highlight: beautifully maintained, lush, and full of tropical charm. It provided the perfect peaceful setting to relax after a day's work or exploration. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist and make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!
