Great stay – especially thanks to the amazing staff An Nguyen Lake Side Residence is a solid, well-kept hotel – clean, with tasteful decor and good standard amenities. Not all rooms have a lake view, and the entrance is quite narrow, so it’s easy to miss at first. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the staff. Every interaction we had was positive – they were genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. From the night porter who kindly took care of our scooter, to the receptionist who shared so many great tips about the city, to the barista who started our mornings with delicious coffee (complete with adorable doodles on the cup) – everyone went above and beyond. Just a short walk to the lake, but tucked away on a quieter, beautiful street. The apartment feels fresh and airy, with a spacious layout and a cozy sofa bed. The view from the balcony is full of greenery – very calming. I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff were just a delight to interact with. Mr Coaun ( apologies with my spelling) went to great lengths to assist us in every way. Nothing was a problem. We would assuredly stay at Charm Pearl again.

A perfect stay in the heart of Hanoi – thanks to an amazing host We stayed here for 10 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, and the room had everything we needed: clean bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom – simple and comfortable. Just a small heads-up: there’s no soap provided, so you might want to bring your own. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us countless times – especially when we needed to make online purchases that required a local bank account or a QR code. Since we didn’t have one, she offered to buy things for us and let us reimburse her afterward. Without her, we would’ve been stuck. She also offers a professional-level laundry service: the clothes came back perfectly clean and neatly folded – truly high quality. She replies to messages quickly, always checks in to see if we need anything, and even offered us water bottles. When we asked for a mini fridge, she went out of her way to find one for us, and even offered to buy a new one if the current one didn’t work properly. All in all, a wonderful experience thanks to a wonderful person. Thank you so much for everything!

It’s walking distance to attractions like art museum, temple of literature, Thong Long Citadel, and train street to name a few. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Clean room and maid tidied the room everyday.

Large and clean studio with a balcony and a charming view of the lake, very cozy. Cheesecake available on the first floor, delicious. A beautiful morning walk around the lake, many eateries. Close to the center. I will come again with pleasure.

Clean, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation with kitchen. We did not have any expectations but we were absolutely delighted! Truly loved our stay in the area and we got to explore a chiller side of Hanoi city. Will definitely be back.

Wins Apartment se nachází ve čtvrti Ba Dinh District v destinaci Hanoj. Císařská citadela je 1,5 km odtud a Hanoi Old City Gate 1,8 km. So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.
