We also stayed overnight at Holmes Cafe and Pension the weekend before and we were glad we had made a second booking. Our hosts were so welcoming, kind and helpful. We had lovely evening meals and excellent breakfasts the next morning. Our room was warm and comfortable and we had a good rest after a long journey. Another guest there during our stay was a returning visitor and we hope to return in the future.

The kindness of the all the staff and the owners. Breakfast was served on the terrace and it was presented like a work of art, they even painted a face on the soft boiled egg :-). The view is stunning, too.

Location was beautiful in the middle of peaceful forests & fields. We love nature - not disappointed! Our favourite stay so far cycling along the Danube. Very hospitable hosts. Not luxurious, but absolutely scrupulously clean comfortable & hospitable. Place to charge & store e bikes.10/10 in our estimate. Thank you!
