Sam the landlady was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a card to get a discount on my ski hire at Skibex and also organised for me to swap rooms at no extra cost after a couple of days when I told her I'd prefer a room with a bath/shower as opposed to one without a bath. Breakfast, Dinner and service was great of outstanding quality. Rooms were cozy with comfortable beds. The Spa is modern designed with various rooms to sweat and relax. The hotel itself is in a great location. Less then 200m for adults to walk to the ski resort and opposite the hotel is the ski school for the very small ones.
