CanadaThe staff were all very friendly, and the cleaning staff were eager to help me with the shower issue asap. They all seemed concerned and shocked that the shower drain was blocked. I believe that the bathroom renovations were done with little to no consideration for cleaning staff or clients who would be using the bathrooms. They just wanted it to look good and new in the pictures for booking websites.
( but I LOVE the staff here. They're all genuinely doing their best to keep the quality and reviews up. I hope the owners can see this review and consider making their bathrooms more user-friendly. The cleaning staff deserve better, and customers deserve a comfortable shower experience. Having a clean, comfortable shower is 80% of why most people book hotels when visiting friends or family)

Whilst we didn’t end up using the pool & spa it was also very well maintained. I was also very grateful for the laundry as we had been travelling for a while & needed to wash & dry clothes. Location was central to our needs for the restaurants, Pâtisserie and supermarket. Staff were attentive and spoke to us in English as we speak little French!
