This was our second time, staying at this hotel. We were treated so well, on our first visit that there was no question about where we wanted to stay, this time (our car battery died, our jumper cables didn't work, we didn't know who to call etc.., and the woman at the front desk basically took care of the whole problem for us!).
The breakfast was very good! There was coffee, juice, yogurt, fresh apples and bananas, as well as all kinds of bread and muffins; bacon, sausage patties, AND my favorite part - little omelets made fresh! I despise the powdered scrambled eggs, so this was a real treat, and much appreciated!

I like the Location right near the Transit stop and about 15 minutes to downtown London shopping for food was about 20 minutes away
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Rather cheap.
Good communication to the city centre.
Close to general shops and a few good restaurants.
The restaurant (Knotty Pine) next to the reception desk is a convenient solution for breakfasts and lunches (cheap, big portions, open at good hours).
The TV, microwave, and mini fridge were rather new.
Good place if you have dogs. We stayed there three weeks while waiting for a house closing. We are two adults, two kids and have two registered service dogs so we can stay anywhere but chose Motel 6 for the price and for the dogs. The hotel is older but very clean. Service is on request. There are a few families living there but it's quiet. I would stay there again. If your looking for luxury them it's not for you.
The bedroom is lovely, luxurious and private with a lockable door. The ensuite is large with a generous tub and large shower. There is a very comfortable bed and TV, so only needed to leave the room for snacks, really. The location is great in a leafy quiet neighbourhood. 10-15 min walk to a convenience store, drug store, food take away and a pub.
I really liked the location and the beautiful property and the rooms have private patios to relax on while looking ober the peaceful and quiet grounds. Also the staff were very polite, friendly and courteous. All for the best rates in entire city. Trust me this "stay" has real value.
Bed was very comfy. Shower was nice and clean. Has all the necessities ready like stationeries, working TV, napkins etc. Parking was plenty but not shovelled at the time so my mom slipped and fell on some snow in front of the hotel. Great location close to the mall and McDonalds. 1st floor rooms are easily accessible and quiet.
