Elaine was pleasant and cooperative when we needed adjustments for mobility challenges. Our iternary didn't align with the timing for breakfast and food was provided. When a medical situation required us to leave early Elaine was understanding and helpful. The beds were soooooo comfortable!!

Owner greeted us and helped carry in luggage. Decor inside matched the house just right. The record player was so fun to use. Loved having an outdoor space. Dinner was outstanding!! Staff amazing!!

An exceptionally nice B&B in a very beautiful historical building. We had a room with our own balcony ("the Captain's Room"), which we can really recommend. There is also a communal sitting room and access to tea and coffee at any time of the day. Everything was absolutely clean and furniture and decorations were very tasteful and in perfect harmony with the architecture. It is apparent that the hostess, Donna, pays great attention to detail. She was always there when we had any questons and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, too. We definitely recommend the Dawson House - a great base to explore PEI!
