From the very first communication with Natasha, the very warm welcome from John our experience with our stay at Paddlers Inn was wonderful. The bed and quality of the sheets made for a great sleep. Our room overlooked the water which added to the memorial stay. Would definitely and strongly recommend you paddlers Inn for you stay in Tofino, especially if you choose to do a sea kayak tour from the location.

Excellent serene location. Super clean. Fully stuffed kitchen. Ken, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. We were made to feel welcome.

The location was beautiful — right by the shore with a lovely view. And the desk staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We stayed in Room No. 6, and it was extremely hot. The only source of cooling was a small A/C unit that relied on an ice pack from the small fridge, which was completely inadequate for the size of the room. To make matters worse, in front of the balcony there was a large fan blowing fumes directly from the sushi restaurant located in the basement below into our room when the balcony door was opened. This made it impossible to open the door, as the strong smell of restaurant fumes would fill the room. Complaining to the manager, the answer we got was: „Can‘t do anything about the building construction“ Adding to the discomfort, there was no mosquito screen on the window, so we were forced to sleep in an uncomfortably hot and stuffy room for two nights. All in all, it was a very disappointing and expensive experience, and I would not return.
