Very attentive owner and staff. Clean and well maintained room. Easy access room(second floor of the restaurant on the quiet street just off the bustling roads filled with many branded stores). Very clean shower room. Sink, mirror and the spacious closet that make the small size room become more user friendly since there are many space to store our items.

    This Hotel is a few km outside the city on the hillside, looking down to Luzern city and lakes. View is lovely, and you're in the country-side with lovely fields and farm-houses. We chose this instead of the city centre and were pleasantly surprised. If you like walking or are planning to got to the Pilatus mountain this is a great location (without a car you will need a taxi to go to city, to the Kriens village with the Pilatus cable car it's a walking distance. This Hotel is in the middle of nature.

    Loved our fashionable room and it's perfect location. Although situated in the city centre, the room was very quiet. Self check-in felt very private, which we liked. But still you feel good taken care of because of all the nice extra touches. Like the self service laundry/cofffee room or the really nice coffee bar (with the friendliest staff) next door. Would definately visit again!
