The surroundings were magnificent. At night we heard the deer making loud noises. It was a totally new experience for us. The room and service were excellent. The host most kind person.

Beds were acceptable and rather clean. Parking right outside the building. TV with chech programs, but at least the USB-connector worked. Just a 10 minute walk through a nice forest to the beach. Just a 10 minute walk (in the other direction) to a whacky but well stocked mini-supermarket.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Staré Splavy, Rezidence Fami Deluxe Design is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.
