Unique, quirky, stunning little pub with rooms in an idyllic location. Incredible staff, helpful, friendly, always a smile on their faces, perfect service. The food for supper and breakfast was delicious, the views of deer and ponies from my window were magical, and the utter peace and quiet made this a special place.

The food was ok But They have a sign up saying “ car park “ but your not allowed to park despite 4 bays marked out Only the managers car allowed parked across the 4 bays You have to park on council car park at rear and pay The rooms are out the front single glazed and road traffic keeps you awake

    Perfect weekend escape for couple. Super private, comfortable, very clean, 5 star experience stay in the middle of beautiful nature. Amazing breakfast served by incredible hosts. Great surprise was to experience Michelin level dinner experience in pub Old Beams, next door to Thatched Eaves. Very short drive distance to Burley, from where can explore New Forest.

    We liked everything about property.. great location for the forest and some lovely pubs and the bungalow is lovely nice and clean it’s like a proper little bungalow it is in there garden but the owners don’t bother you but there if needed

    This property was better than we expected. Lovely decor, clean, comfy bed and coffee, milk and cereal were supplied for arrival, which is a nice touch. Great location, Easy access to the new forest and with in walking distance to a very warm and welcoming little pub called the Old Beams inn,Food was out of this world.

    An absolutely beautiful property with amazing hosts who really spoil their guests. Everything is designed for the guests comfort and enjoyment. It was spotless and the shower is amazing. The breakfast was lovely and the private balcony with fairy lights is a lovely touch.

    It was a lovely clean ,quiet & comfortable bungalow with wonderful views from the back garden over looking fields with horses and goats. So close to the New Forest great location & lovely walks. Very relaxing. The owners were very friendly .
