The location was excellent- right in the back of Valentine's Park, and a few minutes' walk from Gants Hill roundabout, with Underground and bus transportation and a wide variety of restaurants. In an area where the available hotels have horrible reviews, this was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Julia has provided everything you'll need in the room, including kettle with teabags and sugar, microwave, tiny fridge, plates, mugs and cutlery, clothes steamer, and dishwashing supplies. The bathroom was stocked with full-size toiletries and had a towel warmer and nice hot shower with a rainfall head.

The rooms were very cute and clean and comfortable! The staff was very kind and let us keep our bags at the pub when we arrived several hours before check in.
