WE arrived at the hotel by taxi and were told that they sent a message that they could not give us our room because a large group was checking in and they had to give away our room . So they sent us to another hotel (margoa) with the same amenities and an up grade. We then had to get another taxi at our own additional expense . When we got to the Margoa Hotel they were nice but there was NO upgrade . When I looked at my messages (because the genot hotel said that they had sent me a message) I found out that the message was sent at a time when I was traveling and there was NO WAY I could have read it ! This action of the Genot Hotel was reprehensible unprofessional and I feel that my wife and I are entitled to compensation either by the Genot Hotel or through Booking .com

Nice cozy room with a great shower, and lovely hosts. Yossi was kind enough to stay up for a late check-in and to drive me to the wedding venue I had to get to the next morning, which was massively appreciated, and went above and beyond!

The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place. As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use. The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

From the moment I opened the door and stepped inside, it felt like entering another world—filled with flowers, positive energy, and warmth. Dorit, the owner, is such a wonderful person. She welcomed me with a big smile, offered me a drink, and we ended up talking for hours about life. Dorit and her family made me feel completely at home. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Although they are close to each other, there’s a surprising amount of peace, quiet, and privacy. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the garden, listening to the gentle sound of water—it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with yourself. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes the location even more ideal. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back again!
