Beautiful place. High level of comfort in the rooms and in the building in particular, high quality construction, friendly staff. I was passing through and could not enjoy the main advantages of this place - agriculture and proximity to the beach.

Absolutely charming place in a calm surrounding, big trees and a huge garden give you the feeling of being in the middle of nature. Great hospitality by the owners, very welcoming atmosphere - and if you like to stay in a place that's telling a story, you'll definitely love the overall style of an old Italian farm house turned into a B&B with lots of details and passion! Add to that a breakfast with fresh and homemade products and you couldn't ask for more!

    The hotel is close to all the things: cafes, shops, the city center. It is a walking distance (1km approx.) The hotel is at the beachfront and has its designated private beach, which is very comfortable.

    Great location, few min walk from beach and city center. The apartment was comfortable, air conditioner in every rooms, pool on the roof is great and has nice view to the sea. There was joga class on the roof on Mon, Wed and Fri which I enjoyed very much. Everyone in the residence was amazingly kind including receptionist, cleaning lady, the girl in the wellness and the girl at breakfast, overall we loved the place and would highly recommend.

    Apartment: bright and specious. Had all the utilities we needed. The washing machine is a great hit. Perfectly clean. Everything is brand new Location: cannot be better. 3min from the beach and right on the pedestrian street (from 8pm onwards). But very quiet at night. 10min to city centre. Many restaurants and shops just outside Check in and check out at hotel maxim was quick and easy

    Modernly renovated hotel. Our room was large and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The beach was right next to the hotel just across the sidewalk. Beach service was included. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit. The hotel is not right in the center, which is a plus in Caorle if you are looking for a quieter place. Comfortable bed with twin blankets, which is above standard in Italy. Good and spacious parking, we didn't have to leave our keys at reception to re-park the car.

    The apartment was close to the beach in a quiet small street. It was also really close to the city center of Caorle, and also to the Aquafollie water park a Luna Park. In general, it has a great location. Our room was on the top floor, with a huge balcony, but unfortunately without a sea view.

    The great location, friendly staff and provided services made this place unique. Quiet, clean place with outdoor pool, garden, private beach including free sun beads and sun shields, shielded parking lot, pool table, ping-pong table, bicycles etc. The food in the restaurant was so tasty that there was no need to have a dinners outside.
