Fantastic vacation! I recommend 100%! Even Italians by themselves stay there. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly!! The price is good, the beach is 1 km away (15 minutes walking), the location is in the center, there's a supermarket in front of it. The room was very clean, the bathroom was top-notch, built from very quality material and very clean always. The door and the locks are from high quality materials too. Air conditioning. Free parking in the yard. And yes, they serve pasta in the bar directly, and there's a pizza house just next to it. Delicious pastries and sandwiches for breakfast. Huge thank you!

I liked everything about this small hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely designed, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good and stuff super friendly and helpful. Pool was also really nice and area around the hotel was quiet. So I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back!

A very warm and friendly welcome from Monica & Mauro and their three adorable Jack Russells. Monica was very patient with us to explain everything and answer any of our questions. Lovely clean house with lots of character, very comfortable bedroom with fridge, kettle and ensuite toilet/shower. We used the provided bicycles to explore parts of the wetland areas a few kms away to birdwatch. Two very good supermarkets and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. A 5 minute bus ride to Sabbioni and from there we made regular trips to explore the lagoon islands and Venice.

We were allowed to check in quite late) and it was free. We were met by a very nice owner and explained everything, showed us where to park the car. The room was clean and cozy, the air conditioning worked, there was everything you need for comfort. The owner is a very nice woman, she really speaks English and German. The breakfast was normal (the owner cooks it herself), our breakfast was included in the price of the room. There is also a restaurant-pizzeria nearby where you could have dinner even quite late in the evening, this pizzeria has a very large selection of dishes and very affordable prices, the portions are large, but there are always a lot of people there, so it can be noisy on the street in the evening, but it was quiet in the room)
