Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

It is a really nice Breakfast & Bed place. Close to the beach (ca. 10 min walk), but also close to the train station (ca. 20 min walk), city center (ca. 25 min). There is a well equipped shared kitchen (coffee makers [plural: at least 4-5 different ways to make coffee :) ], microwave, fridge, mugs, plates, etc), shared living room, dining room. The host, Annalisa, is really nice and helpful.

Very clean and well-organized space in a great location—close to restaurants, groceries, and sights. Natalie is an exceptional host: attentive, responsive, and accommodating. She even let me store my luggage after checkout and arranged a taxi while I was at work. Warm and personal, but not intrusive—one of the best hosts I’ve had.

This was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced ( I traveled with my fiancé and dog). It was peaceful and quiet, and the atmosphere there was so relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and communication was consise, quick and clear. We were really impressed by the appartment (we had a penthouse). It has everything you may imagine you need, including coffee machine with included capsules and complementary Ferroro Rocher candies ;) We had a very late self check-in ( after 2am) and it went very smooth, thanks to easy access with PIN codes to the private yard and building. But the biggest impression we had was our host Alessandro, who was extremely kind (even asking us upfront, what kind of breakfast we prefer, salt or sweet 😋). Breakfast itself was mind blowing, with croissants, local hot bread, cheese and ham, jam, Nutella, cereals, etc. Alessandro, thank you very much! The only awkward moment was at the departure, when we were under impression, we have already paid through the booking system while Alessandro mentioned he is not in favor to charge his guests upfront. Hope you didn't think we intended to leave without paying! Alessandro, thank you for the great experience!
