It is such a peaceful and cozy space. The rooms are very spacious and it’s in perfect condition. The hosts are lovely and very attentive. The breakfast in the morning was perfect!

Simple bed for the night close to the airport. Great communication from the staff before arriving making the experience from the outset very good. The room seemed clean and tidy and the ensuite was good. Nice to be able to walk straight into your room from the outside rather than trailing through long narrow corridors like many hotels.

When I arrived to the property it was closed. Nobody informed me of it. I demand my money back. Amex already involved in this matter. I am 76 years and my wife is 73. We were were looking for taxi to get to the other hotel in the middle of 35 degrees weather. You should not advertise this property. It cost me additional 170 euro for a taxi to fined hotel and you are liable for it!

It is amassing place, location (close to airport), size and quality of the garden area, big room and super comfortable beds. Breakfast included and super nice, big enough, we did not have everything, served already. two types of coffee. Owner is super kind and lady who is helping, friendly and answering all the questions. availability super easy, you just follow the instruction, which owner is sending. and you can enter anytime upon arrival. Kids and I were impressed, with outdoor area and overall the accommodation quality. It will be definitely the only place to stay if we are in Venice airport area

    It is a good place to stay considering the cheap price. Only 10 mins walk from the airport, so very convenient for catching a flight early in the morning. The room was surprisingly big and also tidy. The area is relatively peaceful and quiet, the toilets are clean and come with towels, soap, hairdryers, and even some bread, apples and large bottles of mineral water. Nothing fancy, but practical and appreciated for a stay for this price.

    The place was a great location to get to the airport early next day. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the water was warm. It was an inexpensive room, a good value. Breakfast was really nice to have as we didn’t have a lot of time.
