    Well-appointed and comfortable unit with view of the grapevines from your patio. Bbq to cook an easy dinner and an assortment of breakfast items delivered to room...what is there not to like? Great hosts and a wine tasting of River Rock wines was a bonus. Great location to explore Cromwell area.

    Great location and good recommendations from the host for local places to eat. Called us the day we left as they thought we left a phone charger behind so really good honest folk, highly recommended to stay here. This is a room part of a house completely private to other rooms. Would go back!

    Sam and Fred were great hosts, providing amazing home prepared breakfasts. They took time to talk about the house and surrounding area, offering suggestions of where to eat and places to visit. The room was separate from the main house, very private with great facilities. It was a short walk to Lake Dunstan track, and a few minutes to get to The moorings for dinner. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it was a short drive to the main road between Cromwell and Wanaka.

    At first we were surprised at the location - further out of town than we originally thought, but that proved to be great. Quiet, private, a great location. Everyone we met were knowledgeable, friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The laundry facilities were clean too.
