From the train station it is an hour's train ride to the magical city of Hallstatt. Overall, I recommend trying to come back again!

Located in Altmünster on the banks of Lake Traunsee, Schweizerhof am See offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. All rooms and suites are equipped with cable TV and have access to a private bathroom. The location was wonderful, especially that we could see the mountains and the lake from the balcony, and we could go for very nice bicycle trips starting from the hotel. The breakfast was also very good and the people at the hotel were really nice.
