This is a totally charming place to stay, although it is quite unlike a typical hotel or even B&B. The guest rooms have been decorated in a sort of rustic industrial manner, as befits the nature of the building. It is lovely and quaint to see chickens hanging out on the adjoining deck space, and hammocks have been thoughtfully provided for those who want to chill in the outdoors. I did not use the sauna or pool, but I expect I will next time. The hosts, pinch-hitting for the owners who were on vacation, provided excellent service and company (Anna even shared some of homemade apricot marmalade!). And yes, we bought some vinegar to have shipped home to Portugal. You simply must try the vinegars. Seriously.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. The host was exceptionally great, very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating with late check in request. The unit was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. This really felt like home from home.

Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. Staff and the location are the best, near the high end shops like LV, Prada, Gucci and so much more! very near to Graben and Stephenplatz!

Aiaga Pension Garden asub Viinis, 4 km kaugusel Rosariumist, 4,3 km kaugusel Wiener Stadthallest ja 4,7 km kaugusel Schönbrunni lossist. Schönbrunneri aiad on 3,8 km kaugusel. It was very clean, the room was spacious, the garden was absolutely amazing we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. The host was super helpful and nice The location was excellent it was in a quite and peaceful area and the city center and other touristic places was only 15 mins away the public transport was only 5 mins away. We loved our stay and we will def come back Thank you!
