We were in a newly built hub which is one of the community‘s buildings. The atmosphere was very welcoming and as though being part of the community.

What a fantastic time we had staying at the lodge. We hired a brilliant English speaking guide and a boat pilot for the week through the lodge (additional to the accommodation costs) and they organised an itinerary to tour the local area and beyond. The food was great and varied (beef/chicken/pork/fish etc), including local fish that we caught in the day. It was amazing to live in the riverside community if only for a week, and we hope to come back in the wet season when the water is higher and the landscape has changed.

The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, and the location is just at the heart of the rainforest, which was exactly what I was looking for. Good for relaxation, there is no internet or signal at the cottage, which allows for social media detox. However, broadband is available near the main building/restaurant if you can't live without internet. I was able to do a couple of web/video calls to my office early in the morning before going deep into the forest.

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Ponta Poranga Jungle Lodge asub Manausis, Manause kohtuhoonest 48 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega toad ning privaatne parkla. I absolutely loved this place. The staff was awesome especially Gabriel, Anderson and everyone else. They went the extra mile to accommodate an emergency call we had to make. The food was some of the best I have ever had. Fresh homade with a lot of love! I will be returning in the future!
