Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Very friendly, nice rooms and view up to the mountains. Also 1min walk from the HB. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast spread was beautiful and delicious. We shared the table with two other guests and had lovely conversation over options like granola, yogurt, fruit, bread, and a selection of cheeses. The host has a beautiful bathroom (not attached to the room) with a jacuzzi tub that was most welcomed after four days of skiing in the Alps. The host does not speak any English so we were challenged to reactivate our high school French. She is so outgoing and patient in her communication that it was delightful to try to figure out what she was telling us and we never felt like we didn’t understand her recommendations, offerings, or expectations. Highly recommended!

Normally I look for places within 5-10 minutes of my destination (Ittigen, Bern), but I enjoyed this place so much, I will definitely stay here again, even though it's about 20 minutes from where I'm going to. Looking out the windows in the morning, and seeing 3 horses across the road, just made it all that much nicer and "tranquillo".
