Family operated and very welcoming and accomodating. Room was excellent, very comfortable beds, small well-equipped kitchen, and lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower. Spacious, clean, and well ventilated. Quiet setting with a small back garden and a restaurant and bar on site with delicious, great value food. And the breakfast was also fantastic. The decoration is in fact a gallery: full of beautiful collectibles and done in great taste. We did not have a chance to use the sauna but it is also stunning. The rooms are spacious (we booked two single rooms, which are sometimes really small, but these were well-appointed and comfortable). The breakfast is amazing, the food is great and the owners are there to chat. All in all, it was an amazing surprise -- we were traveling through the region and needed a stopover but we did not expect such an amazing and memorable experience!
