The Carrick Rooms are a real gem, and we will most definitely be retuning soon. This place is the most airy, spacious, immaculately clean and modern accommodation that we have ever stayed at on the island. The hosts could not be more accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect in every way. A delicious continental breakfast is served in Roots cafe below each morning. The breads, pastries and cheeses are all local produce and the coffee is fantastic too, Thank you for making our stay the BEST that we have ever had on the island, you guys are simply fantastic! Lovely and cosy. Paul and Lisa where so welcoming and friendly. So accommodating when my flight was cancelled. The perfect hosts. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. 10/10

We were delighted to be in a room facing the bay and the house is spitting distance from the water. The room was luxurious with everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and everything made to order and absolutely delicious.
